We want your day to sound beautiful from the first note to the last, so here are a few simple things to know before you book with us.

Wet weather. Our violins are made of wood, and rain, mist and damp air can cause permanent damage – cracks, warping and loosened joins that can’t always be repaired. For that reason we can only play outdoors when we’re fully protected from the weather. If your ceremony or cocktail hour is outside, please plan a covered area or an indoor backup, and we’ll happily set up there instead. If the weather turns on the day, we’ll move under cover with you and keep the music going.

Sunny days. Hot sun can pull our strings out of tune and isn’t kind to the wood either, so on a sunny day we’d really appreciate a shaded spot to play from.

Your booking. Your date is secured once your deposit has been paid. Holding your date means turning other couples away, so the deposit is non-refundable.

The balance. The remaining balance is due as set out in your quote.

Changes. If your timings or venue change, just let us know as early as you can and we’ll do our best to work around them.
