What’s the difference between a cover and a wedding version?

A traditional instrumental cover generally follows the original song’s structure. Our wedding versions are arranged around your ceremony, with a custom introduction, song length and musical build-up designed to complement your entrance.
What’s the difference between The Wedding Version and The Seamless Transition?

The Wedding Version is one personalised arrangement of a single song. The Seamless Transition joins two songs into one continuous arrangement – ideal for moving from the bridal party’s entrance into the bride’s.
Can I customise the length of my song?

Yes. We can tailor the arrangement to the planned length of your procession – shortening the song, extending the introduction or adjusting its structure.
Can you make the music build as the bride appears?

Absolutely. We can arrange the music so the main melody or chorus is planned around the bride’s entrance, and we’ll work with you to set the intended timing.
Do I need to know my exact aisle timing?

Not when you first enquire. We’ll talk through your ceremony plans and help you work out the right arrangement and timing.
What if I don’t know which package to choose?

That’s completely fine. Tell us which songs you’re considering and what you’re imagining, and we’ll recommend the best option.
Can you arrange any song?

We work with a wide range of styles, from contemporary favourites to classical and cinematic music. If you’re unsure whether your song will work, send it through and we’ll talk about the possibilities.
How long does it take?

Allow up to 4–6 weeks once your invoice is paid, depending on the arrangement and our availability – so we recommend enquiring early, especially in busy wedding months. If your wedding is soon, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
What will I receive?

A high-quality WAV file of your finished wedding version, delivered digitally and ready to play through any speaker or sound system.
Can I request changes?

Each package includes one round of revisions to help refine the agreed arrangement. Bigger changes or extra revisions may need a separate quote.
How does payment work?

Once we’ve confirmed your song and quote, we’ll send you an invoice. Your arrangement goes into production as soon as it’s paid.
Can I use it in my wedding film or online?

Your recording is made for your wedding day. Using a recording of a copyrighted song in a film or online can need extra permissions, so tell us how you’d like to use it in your enquiry and we’ll talk you through the options.
