By confirming a booking with Lynch Brothers Trio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Deposit
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
The deposit secures your event date exclusively and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, postponement, or change of plans by the client. This is due to the nature of event bookings and the loss of opportunity to accept other enquiries for the same date.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as outlined in your booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the agreed time may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Changes
Any changes to event details (such as timing, location, or performance duration) must be communicated as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to availability.
Wet Weather Plan
Due to the nature and value of our instruments, we will not perform outdoors in wet or unsafe weather conditions under any circumstances. This includes rain, heavy mist, or situations where weather poses a risk to the instruments or performers.
If your event is planned outdoors, it is the client’s responsibility to have a clear indoor or fully weather-protected backup location available. In the event of wet weather, performances will be relocated to the agreed wet weather option without penalty.
If no suitable alternative location is available and the performance cannot proceed safely, the booking will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be provided.
